Dr. Anita Keller

Assistant professor

Anita is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Psychology at the University of Groningen. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Bern. Anita's research focuses on career development, self-regulation, employee and leader well-being at work, and how people manage to adapt to new work situations. A research question she pursues is, how do people cope with the stressful situation of starting their very first job and what are strategies they employ to be effective? In addition, Anita is interested in how people cope with gaining responsibility when starting their first leadership position, and how employees can effectively deal with the common issue of work interruptions that are found in modern workplaces.

Anne-Kathrin Kleine

Promovenda

Anne-Kathrin studied psychology in Dresden and Leipzig, Germany, and now pursues her Ph.D. in the Organizational Psychology department at the University of Groningen. She is mainly interested in exploring the interplay and effects of cognitions and behaviors during the transitions from university to work and also in the entrepreneurial context.

Dr. Antje Schmitt

Assistant Professor and Rosalind Franklin Fellow

Antje is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Psychology at the University of Groningen. She received her Ph.D. in Psychology at the University of Lüneburg and joined the University of Groningen in November of 2017. Antje is interested in how students regulate their behavior in the transition from education to work and how this affects their health and well-being. Moreover, she does research on the transition into entrepreneurship and investigates the cognitive and behavioral strategies that entrepreneurs apply to deal with uncertain environments.
